The Unknown Potential is a visionary initiative dedicated to initiating a transformative movement and a new way of life for individuals living in poverty. Modeled similarly to a non-profit organization, The Unknown Potential will operate as a community development organization with a primary focus on self-sustainability and empowerment.

 

Our mission is to harness all available funding to establish a self-sustaining community organization. Through strategic, innovative, and effective methods, we aim to secure the resources and benefits necessary to offer our community members a range of opportunities, thereby eliminating financial barriers that hinder their potential. Our goal is to unlock the hidden potential within individuals, enabling them to pursue opportunities that would otherwise remain inaccessible.

 

The principal objective of The Unknown Potential is to identify and address systemic inequities within the societal and economic structures of the United States. By providing reliable options and alternatives to those affected, we aim to dismantle sources of power and corruption that exploit the absence of reliable choices. Our commitment is to create a just and equitable environment where every individual has the chance to realize their full potential.

Core values

Currently, the development of the ideal community organization, according to my vision, is still in the very beginning stages of initializing it's existance. So far, it is only I, Codie D Wilkinson, who will be responsible for and fulfill the role of, 

 

1. Founder & Executive Director

   - Responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring the organization's mission is fulfilled through programs and strategic planning. 

 

2. Director of Development

   - Oversees fundraising, grant writing, and resource development to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization. 

 

3. Finance Manager

   - Manages the organization's financial health, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
